報(bào)告摘要：We developed several differential equations models of COVID-19 epidemics that use early reported case data from around the world to predict the future number of cases. These models incorporate three important elements of COVID-19: (1) the number of asymptomatic infectious individuals (with very mild or no symptoms), (2) the number of symptomatic reported infectious individuals (with severe symptoms), and (3) the number of symptomatic unreported infectious individuals (with less severe symptoms). From the parameterized model we identify the number of unreported cases. We then use the model to project the epidemic forward with varying level of public health interventions. This is a joint work with Pierre Magal (University of Bordeaux, France), Ousmane Seydi (Ecole Polethnique de Thies, Senegal) and Glenn Webb (Vanderbilt University, USA).

劉志華教授簡(jiǎn)介

2004年于北京師范大學(xué)博士畢業(yè)后留校工作至今，現(xiàn)為教授，博導(dǎo)。主要研究微分方程定性理論，動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)及其應(yīng)用。在時(shí)滯微分方程的定性理論，非稠定柯西問(wèn)題的分支理論和正規(guī)型理論，結(jié)構(gòu)種群模型的分支問(wèn)題方面均獲得了一系列結(jié)果。在J. Differential Equations, SIAM J. Appl. Math., Z. Angew. Math. Phys., J Nonlinear Sci等國(guó)際期刊雜志上已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30多篇，主持完成國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目等多項(xiàng)，現(xiàn)正主持一項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目。
