摘要:We consider a free boundary tumor model under the presence of angiogenesis and time delays in the process of proliferation, in which the cell location is incorporated. It is assumed that the tumor attracts blood vessels at a rate proportional to \alpha, and a parameter /mu is proportional to the “aggressiveness” of the tumor. We first prove that there exists a unique radially symmetric stationary solution (\delta*, p*, R*)for all positive \alpha,\mu.Then a threshold value \mu*is found such that the radially symmetric stationary solution is linearly stable if
\mu < \mu* and linearly unstable if \mu > \mu* . Our results indicate that the increase of the angiogenesis parameter \alpha would result in the reduction of the threshold value \mu*, adding the time delay would not alter the threshold value \mu* but would result in a larger stationary tumor, and the larger the tumor aggressiveness parameter \mu is, the greater impact of time delay would have on the size of the stationary tumor.

王澤佳,江西師范大學(xué)yl7703永利官網(wǎng)教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。主要從事具非線性源的非線性擴(kuò)散方程與腫瘤模型自由邊界問(wèn)題等研究,已發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近60篇,先后主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金4項(xiàng),省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),曾赴新加坡國(guó)立大學(xué)、美國(guó)圣母大學(xué)、加拿大麥吉爾大學(xué)進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)交流。
