報(bào)告題目：On the blowup mechanism of smooth solutions to 1D quasilinear strictly hyperbolic systems

報(bào)告摘要：We introduce the recent progress on the blowup mechanism of smooth solutions to 1D quasilinear strictly hyperbolic systems with a class of large initial data. The component of the smooth solution along the genuinely-nonlinear direction is shown to be 1/3 Holder continuous up to the blowup time. The corresponding singularity is Burger's type and well described under the modulated coordinate. In addition, to overcome the difficulties caused by the general structure of the system, we establish the elaborate descriptions of the different characteristic directions and the global weighted energy estimates. This work is jointed with Prof. Huicheng Yin and Prof. Gang Xu.

李軍，南京大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系教授，研究領(lǐng)域包括擬線性雙曲型、橢圓方程及高維流體力學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)理論，解決了噴管中跨音速激波穩(wěn)定性機(jī)制、高維超音速錐狀激波整體穩(wěn)定性等流體力學(xué)中長(zhǎng)期關(guān)注的基本問(wèn)題，相關(guān)文章發(fā)表在ARMA, CMP, SIAM, JDE等知名數(shù)學(xué)期刊。
