報(bào)告題目：Cauchy noise removal by generalized nonlocal low-rank method

Abstract: Image denoising is a fundamental problem in image processing. Images may be contaminated by different kinds of noises in different imaging applications. Cauchy noise often arises in many practical applications, such as radar and sonar generalized low-rank model for Cauchy noise removal and design a proximal alternating algorithm to solve this nonconvex model. The convergence of the algorithm is also demonstrated. Numerical experiments illustrate that the proposed method can remove Cauchy noise in the images much better than the existing state-of-the-art methods in terms of both image recovered visual qualities and measure quantities.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)歷

嚴(yán)輝銀博士2018年12月博士畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)，現(xiàn)為信陽(yáng)師范學(xué)院講師，一直從事數(shù)值代數(shù)和圖像處理的研究工作。主持在研河南省高等學(xué)校重點(diǎn)科研項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)；參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)。曾多次參加國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議并進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)訪問(wèn)交流。目前為止，在國(guó)際知名學(xué)術(shù)期刊共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文10余篇。
